I’m business and finance professional with more than 25 years of experience spanning financial modeling, pricing, contracts, international business development, strategic business cases, and public-sector budgeting. Throughout my corporate career with IBM and Lenovo, I worked at the intersection of finance, operations, sales, and legal teams, developing financial models, structuring complex transactions, pricing technology products, and supporting major global customer engagements. My experience includes supporting business opportunities involving more than $500 million in personal computer hardware, software, and services. Today, I apply that experience to community service and small-business mentoring. Since 2022, I have served as a SCORE Certified Mentor and subject-matter expert in Finance and Nonprofits, helping small-business owners strengthen their financial understanding, business planning, and organizational practices. I have also served in leadership and volunteer roles with the New Hanover Public Library, Cape Fear River Watch, and Bread for Life, contributing expertise in governance, grant writing, bookkeeping, and community service.
