James Martucci is an entrepreneur, strategist, and builder focused on helping people by redesigning broken systems. His entrepreneurial journey began at eight years old, selling candy on a school bus and discovering firsthand the excitement of creating something from nothing. That early experience sparked a lifelong fascination with entrepreneurship, supporting others, human potential, and the systems that help people succeed. Before entering the technology and healthcare sectors, James spent more than thirteen years in the music industry as a successful music producer, composer, sound engineer, and record label owner. Working with artists, managing creative projects, and building a business in a highly competitive industry taught him how to transform vision into reality, align diverse talents around a shared goal, and create environments where creativity and performance thrive. Those experiences continue to shape his approach to leadership, product design, and innovation today. Over the past two decades, James has launched businesses, led large scale teams, and designed products and experiences across multiple industries. He spent ten years at Apple, where he held leadership roles spanning training, hiring, operations, workforce development, and employee experience. He later joined Oscar Health, helping build and scale virtual care products and programs that served more than one million members nationwide. Throughout his career, James observed a recurring challenge. Talent, creativity, and ambition exist in every community, yet many people never pursue their ideas because they lack access to the guidance, resources, and support needed to move forward. That insight became the foundation for his work. Today, James is the Founder and CEO of SideKix, a human powered, AI assisted business operating system designed to help people transform ideas into step by step actions. By combining personalized guidance, custom training, technology, experienced advisors, and community support, SideKix helps entrepreneurs and small business owners navigate the challenges of building something meaningful. A trained facilitator, product leader, and entrepreneur, James is passionate about creating systems that unlock potential and expand access to opportunity. He believes that entrepreneurship is one of the most powerful ways people can create change in their own lives and communities. In fact he believes the future is reserved for entrepreneurs.
