Biography
Timothy Gardner joined the part-time faculty in 2013 and supports the International Business concentration, as well as Analytics & Supply Chain Management at the Congdon School. Prior to joining the Cameron School of Business faculty, Tim was a Managing Director and International Human Resources Executive with Credit Suisse. He has over 30 years broad experience leading human capital initiatives in a dynamic financial services organization. Particular focus on HR strategy, HR transformation & organization development, performance management, change management and executive compensation. Tim worked in New York (13 yrs), Zurich, Switzerland (12 yrs) and London, UK (5 yrs).
