Biography
Dr. Martha Andrews joined the faculty in the fall of 2002 and supports the Human Resource Management concentration. Prior to joining the Cameron School of Business faculty, she was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at West Virginia University. Her areas of interest stress, organizational justice and support, and resilience Her research has been featured in top journals, such as Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Management, Journal of Applied Psychology.
